Professional experience in an 18-month rotating graduate development program designed to develop future leaders in the media and entertainment industry.
Complete all training modules designed for this program and receive mentoring, coaching and on-the-job training.
Work closely with managers and colleagues on projects and initiatives as needed.
Develop skills that can be applied in specialized areas such as digital marketing, customer value management, sales, finance, customer experience, legal, corporate affairs, marketing, information technology, and technology fields.

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following majors:
Bcom in Marketing or Media Outreach
Bachelor of Design or Client User Experience
Bachelor of Laws or Bachelor of Laws with Bachelor of Laws
Bcom in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
Bcom in International Relations
Bcom in Engineering or Technology
You must have less than two years of work experience after studying.
A South African citizen by birth / naturalization or eligible to work in South Africa
Must have at least 65% of most recent or complete academic results.
