A limited number of jobs are offered to the local community and labor dispatch areas for a full-time study opportunity at universities to:

Degrees of NDipl / BSc / BEng / BTech / BComm and above
Preference will be given to the following majors:
Mining and Engineering – Electrical, instrumentation, mechanics, metallurgy, geology, rock engineering, surveying, finance, and information technology
Universities that will be accepted are: University of Johannesburg: University of Pretoria. University of the Witwatersrand and Northwestern University
The applicant must have the following criteria:

University students who are currently enrolled and have proof of enrollment for 2021 and latest academic record
Matric applicants for grade 12 with college admission – APS score of 23
Enrolled (mid-year results will be considered provisionally and proof of enrollment and / or admission for 2021)
Accomplish at least: English 5 (60% +), Mathematics 5 (60% +) and Physical Science 5 (60% +)
Proof of residency (fraudulent requests will be excluded from requests)
To be declared medically fit for the position and preparation, as determined by the risk-based medical examination at the appropriate Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Center.
